Summary of Changes
This pull request (PR) merges the changes from 5.2-dev up into 5.3-dev which have been made since the last upmerge with PR #44935 .
Hint: The change from PR #44901 has been ignored during the upmerge as the debug bar was updated in the 5.3-dev branch to a newer version with PR #44806 , which also changed the name of the composer package, and then again with PR #44902 .
